A joint of the Department of Art and Design at the University of Alberta and Van Grimde Corps Secrets, the catalogue/essay collection is the result of a collaboration between three co-editors : choreographer Isabelle Van Grimde, visual artist Sean Caulfield and historian Cristian Berco, both partners in the three works of the series.

Beyond the magnificent photographies displayed in the 213 pages of the catalogue, this work provides multiple perspectives on the body and on the creation-exhibition itself, featuring articles written by twelve authors. It calls into question many preconceived notions about the body we inhabit but know so little about, exploring themes such as the digital body as artistic material and the dancer-spectator experience, as well as presenting workshop notes and reflections on genetics and the implications of medical advances.

Designed to accompany the exhibition and performances, it is also an interesting reference work on its own.

Since its  publication, the catalogue has received several prizes and has been introduced in many prestigious collections:
