Virtual Hub Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Van Grimde Corps Secrets<\/strong>, a dance and digital production company, is exploring the possibility of creating a transdisciplinary and international virtual Hub. The goal will be to create a space and digital tools leading to new opportunities in creation, exchanges, learning, development and performance.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of innovative digital platforms<\/strong> and hubs, in addition to coordination and digital communication skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support the project manager in setting up and monitoring the steps leading to the creation of the Hub;<\/li>\n
  • Data collection and communications:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    – Survey the cultural community with regard to possible applications of the Hub: creating\u00a0data collection tools, defining the target group; systematizing research results;
    \n– Publish the documentation of the P\u00e9pini\u00e8res Danse et Num\u00e9rique online and create\u00a0web and social media content related to the Hub;
    \n– Help to define target audience(s), and to develop a marketing and communication\u00a0strategy;
    \n– Evaluate the impact of communication efforts stemming from the Hub;<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Documentation and conception of the Hub:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      – Coordinate the documentation related to changing dance practices;
      \n– Provide an overview of current trends in other hubs and participate in the canvassing of\u00a0companies;
      \n– Collaborate on needs assessment and reflections on the form of the Hub;<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Hub design:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        – Draw up the call for tenders from companies;
        \n– Coordinate the decision-making process and advise the committee in the final\u00a0selection;
        \n– Collaborate on the preparation of grant applications for the Hub implementation.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Skills and aptitudes required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • University education in communications, marketing or other relevant field;<\/li>\n
        • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination and digital communications;<\/li>\n
        • Sound knowledge of digital broadcasting and innovative platforms;<\/li>\n
        • Mastery of online collaboration tools;<\/li>\n
        • Strong organizational and planning skills;<\/li>\n
        • Adaptability and capacity to manage multiple priorities at once;<\/li>\n
        • Ability to act swiftly and precisely;<\/li>\n
        • Strong sense of analysis and synthesis;<\/li>\n
        • French-English bilingualism, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Terms of the mandate :<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Contract from mid-May to the end of September 2020, 25 hours per week on average;<\/li>\n
          • Possibility of renewal for the implementation phase;<\/li>\n
          • Remote work for the most part, possibility of working at VGCS offices according to needs.\n
