Every summer, the Malvina Creation and Presentation Centre welcomes artists in residence as part of projects that weave strong connections between art, territory, environment and community. For its 4th season, Malvina presents the Art, technology and territory<\/em> project, an interdisciplinary artistic residency deployed over several months.
\nThis residency brings together eight internationally renowned artists with varied practices: visual art, sound art, contemporary dance, performance, installation<\/strong>. Together, they are invited to create in situ<\/em> works inspired by Malvina’s unique site, in dialogue with nature, the memory of places and contemporary issues. The project is nourished by an encounter with indigenous thinker and author Domingo Cisneros<\/a>, whose vision of territory has inspired all the artistic approaches.
\nArt, technology and territory<\/em> unfolds through performances, installations, participatory workshops and public discussions, in an enchanting open-air setting.<\/p>\n
